Volleyball Teams off to a Rough Start

Seton volleyball is fighting for a win.  Seton’s freshman, JV, and varsity volleyball teams lost to Saint Ursula, Tuesday, September 10. Varsity put up a great fight in their second game against the Bulldogs, the final score was 18-25.  The Saints played McAuley, at Seton.  On Thursday, September 12, JV and varsity lost to McAuley.  Varsity came on strong after losing the first two games, won the third, but unfortunately lost the fourth game giving McAuley the win.  Varsity player, sophomore Stephanie Autenreib, had fifteen digs during the game.  The freshman team beat McAuley to bring home a win.

The teams play next on Saturday, September 14, against Talawanda High School, starting at 10:00 a.m. at Talawanda.  On Tuesday, September 17, the teams play Mount Notre Dame High School, starting at 4:30, at Mount Notre Dame.  Thursday, September 19, all teams play Mercy, starting at 4:30, at Mercy.  Let’s cheer on the Saints to bring home a win.
