Swimmers Splash Their Way to Victory

Over winter break, Seton swimmers weren’t taking a break from the pool. On Friday, January 3 the team had a meet against Mercy.  The meet began at six o’clock at the Gamble Nippert YMCA.  Both the 200 medley relay and 400 free relay won their heats, Seton won with a final score of 104-66.  Along with team races, individuals brought their A-game to the table. Senior Lindsey Neihaus won the 100 back with a 1:00:10 time and the 200 IM with a 2:21:08 time,senior Kelley Kraemer won the 100 fly with a speedy time of 1:04:35 and 100 breast stroke with a 1:13:12 time.,Junior Jess Hayhow took second place in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:17:90. Their next meet is the St. X invitational tomorrow January 10 at St. X.
